Shipping Policies
- All purchases are packaged safely and securely.
- I currently only ship to USA and Canada addresses.
- If you would like an item shipped to another country besides those specified, please ask for a shipping rate for your country.
- All international orders will be refunded if a shipping rate is not requested first.
Return Policies
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of shipping date.
- A full refund is given after inspection of goods, and their safe arrival.
Warranty Policies
- I offer a lifetime warranty on all lampwork beads. Should one break (due to improper annealing - not accidents), I will replace it (doing my best to repoduce it).
- If I cannot recreate the bead, (due to glass stock issues) I will work with you to find a simular design.
- I offer a 6 month free repair on all jewelry including shipping.
- After the 6 month time period, you pay shipping and I will do fee to repair.
